Facebook netizen by the name of Ricardo Perez asked a big question on the popular social media site: Anong meron sa Manila?

His post was directed to liberal activists whom he says are stationed in Manila but are complaining about the issues that are happening in Mindanao and Visayas. Perez tackled these issues one by one.
The first one is President Rodrigo Duterte’s declaration of martial law in Mindanao when the attack of the Maute group and the threat of ISIS happened. According to Perez, the people of Mindanao were in support of the declaration. However, there were people in Manila who rallied against the situation.

Perez then said that the war on drugs of the president also heavily hit Visayas and Mindanao, but the people there allegedly “quietly supported” it because the big “drug lords” were there. Amidst this, Perez says that it is the people in Manila that protested against this as well.
Including the closure of Boracay Island in Panay, Perez said, was supported by the people in Visayas, He also said that it is the people in Visayas that cleaned the coasts themselves, but people in Manila still complained.
Lastly, Perez tackled the Anti-Tambay ordinance, saying once again that Visayas and Mindanao complied, but Manila people are bringing up the recent statistics and deaths caused by it and are still complaining.
Ending his post, Perez answers his own question by saying that “maraming epal sa Manila.”

When President DUTERTE implemented the "NO TAMBAY", tahimik pa ring sumunod ang mga taga Visayas at Mindanao pero ang taga Manila, 7000 arrest na raw at may namatay pa. May media coverage at may mga apologists pa.
When the BAR EXAM result was released, hindi taga Manila ang nasa TOP.
